Garden Villa Retirement Residence is developed by Sussex Retirement Living and professionally managed locally by Better Retirement Living.
Garden Villa is situated in the heart of the vibrant and friendly community of Chesterville, Ontario. We are ideally located between Ottawa, Cornwall, Kemptville, and the Ottawa River with the Nation River meandering through the centre of town. Chesterville’s small-town charm offers our residents family-owned shops, restaurants, churches, beautiful walking trails, parks, and much more… it is a postmark of rural Ontario!

Letter from the Executive Director
Welcome to Garden Villa Retirement Residence, located in the village of Chesterville. Garden Villa is locally owned and operated, with our doors proudly opening over 10 years ago. We have 87 suites and provide customized levels of care, smoothly adapting to our resident's ever-changing needs; our goal is to not only be a place where people come to live but to be somewhere that people flourish.
At Garden Villa, we take pride in "living among your neighbours". We have exceptional, professional, caring staff- in all service areas- who are strong advocates for our residents. They take pride in their work, and they treat everyone, residents and staff alike as if they are family. We provide a safe, secure and social environment that allows everyone to live their best lives.
We thrive on independence, knowledge, hospitality and dignity for all who reside here. Garden Villa has a wonderful reputation in our community, and we have strong relationships with our local hospitals, doctors, and community members.
